Join us for a presentation on the life of Pan Yu-Lin followed by a guided tour of her work.

Pan Yu-Lin was born in China and came of age during the revolutionary May Fourth era.  She was one of the first Chinese students to study art in France and the impressionist style of the time greatly influenced her work.

Susan Kreidler will repeat the Pan Yu Liang presentation she originally prepared for Study Group in 2016.  Following the presentation at the Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre, the group will travel (by foot or taxi) to the Asia Society.  There, Linda Ferguson, a Friendsmember and docent for the Song of Spring exhibit, will guide us around the collection of Pan Yu-Lin’s paintings.
